use the rule to write the numbers in the pattern. describe another pattern in the number rule: subtract by 5 first term:50 50.45.40.35.30

So if the rule was multiply by 5 and the first term was 5 then the rule would be \[\text{if x}\to 5x \]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

multiples of 5

n--> 5n where n<=10 and n is integer

I was trying to do the recursion definition. The set S is defined \[5\in S\] \[\forall x(x\in S\to 5x\in S)\] This would be 5, 25 , 125, ..., 5^y
