Find the number of sides of each of the two polygons if the total number of sides of the polygons is 13, and the sum of the number of their diagonals is 25?? please help, thank you very much.

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

the formula for the number of distinct diagonals in a polygon is \[\frac{n(n-3)}{2}\] so look at the polygons that you can have 3&10, 4&9, 5&8, 6&7 see which will give a total of 25 diagonals.
