Find the real zeros, if any, of the quadratic function using any method, you wish. What are the x-intercepts, if any, of the graph of the function? This is what I got far, I just don't get the how to simplify it; G(x)=24x^2-47x-21 x=47+65/2(24)= x=47-65/2(24)=

OpenStudy (rob1525):

Use x= -b/2a to find the vertex. To find the point of intersection plug in x into the formula to calculate y. The points go into the form (x,y).

OpenStudy (rob1525):

To find the x intercepts use the quadratic formula x=( -b pm sqr(b^2-4*a*c))/ 2a. Then plug x into the formula to find y.
