how does water cycle actually affects our weather?

Weather can be affected by the amount of water in the atmosphere (which causes rain). As transpiration and evaporation occur (evapotranspiration) the amount of atmospheric water will increase. Of course the real interaction between the water cycle and weather is much more complex--think of the heat transfer that occurs between the atmosphere and the earth and how the water cycle can affect that (and be affected!)

Weather is the short-term state of the atmosphere, including temperature, humidity, precipitation, air pressure, wind, and visibility. These elements are affected by the energy received from the sun and the amount of water in the air. To understand what influences weather, then, you need to understand the water cycle. In the water cycle, water is constantly being recycled between liquid, solid, and gaseous states. The water cycle involves the processes of evaporation, condensation, and precipitation. Evaporation occurs when liquid water changes into water vapor, which is gas. Condensation occurs when water vapor cools and changes from a gas to a liquid. A change in the amount of water vapor in the air affects humidity. Clouds and fog form through condensation of water vapor, so condensation also affects visibility. Precipitation occurs when rain, snow, sleet, or hail falls from the clouds onto Earth's surface.

"The water cycle involves the processes of evaporation, condensation, and precipitation. " note that transpiration (the evaporation of environmental water from the surface of plants and soils) is also part of this cycle. Evaporation refers more generally to water changing from liquid to gas within a body of water. I would call the cycle: Evapotransipration, Condensation, Precipitation. Perhaps a semantic difference, but an important one, I should say.
