one line has slope 1 and y intercept 3, so it is \(y=x+3\) other line has slope \(-\frac{1}{3}\) and y intercept -2 so it is \(y=-\frac{1}{3}x-2\) you are looking at everything above the first line and below the second both lines are not dotted, so pick \(y\geq x+3\) and \(y\leq -\frac{1}{3}x-2\)
