how to chnge the port in computer while oracle and apache topcat on same port

Every app use differents ports to listen incomming connections, as far as I know two apps can't share the same port. Defaults are Apache 80 or 8080, MySQL 3306. You can change that ports to another port in their proper configurations, but usually is not necessary.
