Whenever we're talking about something that we are doing, RIGHT now, right in the moment, 
we always start with "estoy." 
It means "I am." 

And then after "estoy," we have to write a verb, in the present-progressive tense. 

For example, "Estoy jugando" means "I am playing." 

Take another look at the example. 
"Jugando" is how we write "jugar," in the Present-Progressive tense.
