That is in the opening to the Declaration of Independence. Is this history or English?

well mainly I just have to compare this quote to real life, almost how I would feel or you would feel about this quote, kinda what it means to you.
Make connections between the text and your life
political bands, in your life, are like relationships. The rest of the quote here talks about the importance of explaining your reasons if you are going to do something big like split away from England. So... If you plan to break up with someone, you should have the decency to explain why...

A long train of abuses.... your teacher constantly punishes you for no reason... tries to keep you under absolute control... something like that maybe? It's hard to relate short phrases to life.

The British kept armies in the colonists' homes, even without dangerous times... Would you like it if the police came to live with you? Not just to check to make sure you were safe... but just decided to live in your house whether you liked it or not?
The last part sort of refers to the idea God does need our permission to establish right and wrong and the idea of justice... Not sure how you would apply this...
