What are solution(s) to the following system of equations? y = x2 y = x Answers: (–1, 1) and (–1, –1) (–1, 1) and (0, 0) (0, 0) and (1, 1) (0, 0)

Wouldn it be (-1,1)(0.0)?

Does that work out when you test your coordinates in both equations? Always check your answers, no matter how confident you are.

I have no idea right now :/ Im so tired and I have 3 questions left, thanks for the advice though L.T ;/

At least it's only three :) The best method I see here is substitution. Since both x and x squared are equal to y, shouldn't they be equal to one another?

\[x=x ^{2}\]what x satisfy this equation?
