I think one is more detailed than the other (probably the drawing)

Sketching is generally a rough idea of what the figure is like, useful getting a quick pic in mind. A drawing is accurate with proper length of legs (perhaps scaled?) As well as proper angles, with symbols. Ex: |dw:1360358682284:dw|
