I do think it's Meiosis 2.

In Anaphase 2 of Meiosis 2, we have two cells.

And right after that, in Telophase 2 of Meiosis 2, each of those two cells splits.

So we end up with four cells, that have half the number of chromosomes as a normal body cell.
