What's an example of an endosymbiotic relationship from every day life ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

try using the comparison of your parents and you DNA! maybe that will help.

OpenStudy (gitface):

To the extent of my knowledge, an endosymbiotic relationship is any biological relationship in which an organism lives within the body or cells of another organism. I don't know if the relationship is strictly beneficial for both organisms or if a parasitic relationship is also endosymbiotic. However, I believe a prime example would be the gut flora in your gut. (i.e. the bacteria that lives in your intestines).
