Let's look at problem #1: "Select the combination of elements represented in each compound noun, below." And the word that they gave us was "sacacorchos," which means "corkscrew." Do you see how the word "corkscrew" is a compound noun? That means that it's made of 2 nouns, put together. Cork + Screw. So, our choices are.... sustantivo + sustantivo (noun + noun) verbo + sustantivo (verb + noun) adverbio + sustantivo (adverb + noun) adverbio + verbo (adverb + verb) So, let's look at our word again. "Corkscrew." It is made with "cork" and "screw." Which of our choices would describe this word?
