I can't really give you a quote, but i CAN give you some tips if you'd like.

For example,
don't use a quote as a hook. If you do want to use a quote, make sure to say the speaker first and who they are (occupation, whatever is relevant)

Or make your own random attention catching claim as a hook. Or reference to a general idea that is controversial.

If anything, make sure your hook relates to your argument in some kind of way, it can be indirectly.
