Eyeball Reaction ==> Vertex (3,-4). Thus, min or max is -4. Which is it? Second Pass ==> +2 out in front. This parabola opens up, making the vertex a minimum.

no that would b the only way.... just going by wut u c on a calculator is estimating and not getting exact values.... though it maybe true some times
