Hi Guys I have a frequency distribution chart that I am having trouble filling out.. Ill post a picture below if that will help

Here is the document of the hw ^^^.. my problem is I am trying to find the class width for the data set, so I can find the lower/upper limits of the table...But I run into an issue... the highest value of the data is 98.5 & the smallest is 14.1 ... so when I do 98.5-14.1 /5 = 16.88 (round up)=17. But when I add 17 to the low limit for class 1 (10).. I get 27 for class 2... and 44 for class 3... but the graph shows 50 for class 3....Thank you
