What are the solutions of the system? y = x^2 - 4.9x + 4.4 y = 1.1x - 4.6 A. (–3, –7.9) and (3, –1.3) B. (3, –1.3) C. (–1.3, 3) D. no solution A, B, C, or D? Please explain :)

The algebraic way is easy, the reason being that substituting for y gives a quadratic that can be solved by inspection: \[x^2-6x+9=0\] \[(x-3)(x-3)=0\] x = 3 and by substitution y = -1.3
