I need help with my history homework pls. In the first paragraph (The Declaration of Independence), the colonists claim the separation from Great Britain is inevitable. What is one way they articulate this in the Declaration?

Well, there are many ways you could look at it, but I think that one reason it was bound to happen was because the King was being an unfit ruler. They say, "when a long train of abuses and usurpations..., it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government...". I think this means that it is necessary for people to throw out a bad government. Also, after this they list reasons why the King has been a tyrant, and that is evidence to support the argument as well. I hope this helps! :D
