(2g - 3) ^3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

same concept as \[(x+4)^{3}\] solve for (2g-3)(2g-3) = 4g^2 -12g + 9 then multiply that answer by (2g-3) again

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Otherwise, we have standard formula too...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

simplify ( a-b)^3=a^3-b^3-3ab( a-b)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I see how its done, but between you me and the fence post.. Ive no idea how or why... but I thank you for your help.. wish me luck.. next step.. dividing polynomials

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What happened ???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sister r u understand.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[(a-b)^3 = a^3 - b^3 -3ab(a-b)\] Here : \(a = 2g\) and \(b=3\).. Just plug in the values and solve your question..
