go to courseware and on the left side of the screen there are the lessons divided by weeks... start with Overview so you can understand how it all works..

only problem is that you cannot submit the assignments from week 1 to week 6 as they are already due. but you can still see the videos and do the finger exersises and ofc do the assignments (just not submit them for a grade).

well depends on your background ,your free time, and your interests...but ofc you can learn even if you start now! for help you can use this site or the discussion forums of edx!:)

SO tell me how should my background be like. cos actually am drop out . I drop out when my parents passed away I afford to go to school any more but I kept on doing research and I found out about this site. So with this back ground do i have the opportunity to enroll in the studies.

well i suppose some interest in computers/algorithms and some highschool algebra.
but most of all a persistance and patience because as i see it programming is great but needs patience and hard work to be learnt.

i am doing this course aswell and some times it takes you hours to understand and do the homework!but its a great feelling when you finish it successfully!

it does not matter where you are for this course . you could get a certificate if you started in time...but since now you are 6 weeks late you can just do the lessons, but i doubt you will be granted a certificate.
