Caroline and Brad run a bakery that serves large groups. They have two different pricing options. The first option offers $50 for their services plus $5 per meal they serve. The second option allows the client to only spend $10, but they must pay $10 for each meal served. How many people are served when the total price is the same for both plans?

Set up your variables first. Cost=y number of meals=x Option 1 \[y=50+5x\] Option 2 \[y=10+10x\] now solve the system using your method of choice i.e elimination, substitution, or graphing
