(-4, 2) and (1, -3) (x1, y1) and (x2, y2) \[slope = \frac{ y2 - y1 }{ x2 - x1 } \]\[slope=\frac{ -3 - 2 }{ 1 - (-4) } = \frac{ -3 - 2 }{ 1 + 4 } = \frac{ ? }{ ? } \] So what is slope? **I changed 1 - (-4) to 1 + 4 because, two negatives equal a positive.
