You can ask a adminastrator or you can email thm about it. Sometime they might answer, they email. So like my last one I just nver logged on since I didnt like that one.

Hmmmm I cant get on the Contact Us page of opnstudy but if you click the term and conditions beloe the questions...... do you see the code of conduct and stuff

Below all of the questions you click the terms and conditions, then it brings you to a website for openstudy, at the top of the site you'll se contact us you click on that to get the email and well contact information.

An OpenStudy account can not be deleted according to moderators but if you email one of them they should be able to Perma-Ban you. Which simply means you will no longer be able to login. Or you could just not use it?

you need to email
contact@openstudy.com and ask them to perma-ban your account. They can't actually delete it.

It's not just a permaban, it's also a wipe of all your personally identifiable info (e.g., your email address). We can't delete the content you've posted, however.

I mailed contact@openstudy.com weeks back and got no response from them. I also messaged moderator @Preetha about it and received no response
