If you draw a circle that goes through all the point of the triangle, then the centre of the circle is the circumcentre of the triangle: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/e/e0/Circumcentre.svg if you were to rotate the triangle around this circoumcentre, all points would remain on the circle
