Choose the equation of the line passing through the point (-3, 1) and parallel to y = -x - 4. y = x + 2 y = -x - 2 y = -x + 4 y = x - 4

we will have to create a next equation, all yu have to do is know what the slope or gradient is of the parallel line? since it is parallel, the gradient or slope would be - now we substitute these values in y=mx+b where m = -, x=-, y = 1 and find b
