Spanish help please? ¿Cómo eres? A. Soy profesora. B. Soy inteligente y trabajadora. C. Eres inteligente. D. Bien gracias. ¿Y tú? i choose D and got it wrong :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

¿Cómo eres? means "What are you like?" The question is asking you to describe yourself, using personal traits. D was wrong, because it means "Good, thank you. And you?"

OpenStudy (vincent-lyon.fr):

D would have been the answer to: "¿Cómo estas?"

i know that word gracias and im think in my head doesn't that mean thankyou? i don't know spanish so i don't know what the question asked for. i study french so some words are similiar. it's either A, B or C. tho i probably would. say A unless you are what it means. does inteligent mean intelligent? (the english way has the same spelling as the french)

OpenStudy (andreadbc):

A is "I am a teacher." Do you think that's the answer to "What are you like?" ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well it wouldn't make sense for it to be A but it definitely is not D either. The right answer would be B, because C means "You're intelligent" (a compliment rather than a reply) and B translates to " I am intelligent and hard-working". Unless I'm wrong...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You're right.

oh, well there you go.
