you get that by adding up all the scores and dividing them by the number of scores added up 
so you have to add her test scores and divide them by the number of tests..
$$\frac{ 82.5+94.7+87.9+x }{ 4 }=90$$
the x is the test she hasn't taken yet
solve for that test by multiplying each side by 4
then subtract the total of the given score from that number
your answer is 94.9
