It will be nice if we want to follow a question without typing a comment there.... Suppose if that is a question we care about, but we don't know the answer... then.. it is definitely a method have to be there to follow th question so we will know when some one answer and we can check it

Yeah, it's been suggested before. Both an ability to subscribe without commenting and an ability to unsubscribe without having to delete comments. We like the idea, but haven't had time to implement it.
