ooh french! i havnt learnt much but i know my numbers. it is definitely not the 3rd one coz huit mean 8, sept means 7. quart means 4, (i think) which would probably mean 15minutes. quarante means 40 and cinq mean 5 so put the two together and you get 45. i do not not wat du soir means but ive heard of the word soir especially in french greetings- bonsoir! (good evening)

heures probably means hours but i haven't earnt that word yet. im only in year 7. so i've come to a conclusion, and im pretty sure the answer is the first option. i could be wrong.:(

the french number is for 4 is quatre but i said quart means 4(i think thats what it means) because its like the english word for quarter. and a quater of an hour is 15 minutes.
