Baseballs are officially required to be between 9" and 9.25" in circumference, making the radius between 1.4324" and 1.4722".  This leads to a range of Area that is 51.5662 in^2 and 54.4708 in^2

Very bad drawing.  Home to 2nd is 120 ft.  You have Home to 2nd is $120\cdot\sqrt{2}$ ft.  120 ft is the diagonal distance, not the perimeter.
