Literal Equations

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@MathLegend @hartnn Help me out yo?

OpenStudy (mathlegend):

@jlongSwag27 that attachment is not working for me.

hartnn (hartnn):

u tried that ? A=(B+K)/G can u isolate K ?

hartnn (hartnn):

hint: first multiply by G on both sides.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@MathLegend

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@hartnn i did but still dont understand how to do it

hartnn (hartnn):

A=(B+K)/G first multiply by G on both sides. what u get ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Im not sure one second

OpenStudy (mathlegend):

@jlongSwag27 remember with literal equations you are moving things around.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Guys i seriously dont know how to do this ive tried to do it, thats why ive been asking for help on this problem for 4 days straight now, if u know how to do it just help me out, i sont know how to do it at all

OpenStudy (mathlegend):

@hartnn is helping you.

OpenStudy (mathlegend):

We do not just give out answers... that is not helping.

OpenStudy (mathlegend):

\[G*A=\frac{ (B+K) }{ G }*G\]

OpenStudy (mathlegend):

That is how you multiply by G. Do you understand @jlongSwag27

OpenStudy (mathlegend):

On the right side you muliplied since the G is being shown as division in the denominator.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

um i know that u have to multiply but how do u get the answer can u just give me one and tell me how you would get it?? like explain it

OpenStudy (mathlegend):

Whenever you come back. :)
