can anyone help me know what this question is asking..........Describe the phases of cell division, focusing on the process of DNA replication...... does this mean include both mitosis and meiosis.... what is it asking.... thank you

This question is a bit unclear.

I think it'd be good if you described all the stages of mitosis,
AS WELL AS interphase, which takes place before mitosis.
That's because DNA replication takes place during interphase.

You know about interphase, and how it's divided into three parts?

G1, S, and G2.

So, what you can do is describe all three parts of interphase,
and then the four parts of Mitosis.

You know. Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase, and Telophase.
