Hello I'm Making a custom (FEL) free electron laser and I've come to the point where I need to create a lens that has a long live span I decided on a (NCs)natural crystal synthetic one due to I've read some NCs go through a process call electromagnetic luminescence and it this process here that I've come across a crystal that stays in a safe spectrum, now hears the kicker for this question in a FEL the undulator shake the bean breaking down the atoms into their sub-form.
