well according to quantum Physics a particle with mass can possess both wave nature as well as particle nature and deals mostly with subatomic particles........while Newtonian Mechanics deals with the Macro objects

@ tarun raina.......that is already known.....can you please elaborate then why there exists a need to define planks constant (h) in quantam mechanics and not in classical or newtonian mechanics although every basic principle is related to h ?
