The range for each is the lowest score to highest.  That's listing 2 scores for each school.  You don't need the in-between numbers.

The mean for each school is adding up all ten numbers and dividing by 10, separately for each school.

Westlake is 3 to 21    Northshore is 5 to 20.  That's for the range.  Averaging should be clear, right?
