This graph is an absolute function graph with some transformations. Do you know what the graph of y=|x| looks like?

The graph is open upwards which means, base equation: y>=|x| >= - because the line that draw the graph is not broken but is solid which means its apart of the inequality. Now we need to add the transformation to the graph I just showed you to look like the graph that is attached. What do you know about function transformation/translation?
