I need to refresh my memory :/ How would I graph y=(x+3)^2+1?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is turning point form so the vertex is given

OpenStudy (hba):

First of all you need to simplify the equation :)

OpenStudy (hba):

Then you start assigning values for x and get y or assign for y and get x

OpenStudy (hba):

And then just plot them up on a graph sheet :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

TP(-3,1) and the graphs intecepts can be seen when x=0 and when y=0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Wait, but what happened to the 2?
