What is the purpose of propaganda? It is used to educate people about important truths. It is used to keep citizens physically prepared for war. It is used to shape the opinions of many people. It is used to determine who is lying in a courtroom.

propaganda is basically advertisement whether or not its true or not. so the second one and the 4th one defintly don't make sense ...it doesn't really have to be true to be advertising ...so 1st on is out ..which leaves you with 3
