If I have an entire paragraph of information from the same author do I need to make an in text citation after each sentence or am I able to just make the citation at the end of the paragraph?

If it's a direct quotation, do it at the end.

If you're paraphrasing, put the citation when the ideas cease to be the author's and become your own.
