OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[6= \frac{ x + 2 }{ 6 }\]I would like to see this equation solved step by step down to it's final answer. you are solving for x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay so u need help with 6=x+2 over 6?? not over 3?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes i'm sorry i wasn't infront of the equation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay, so u just want me to show u step by step?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes PLEASE!!!!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

kk :) so you first need to get x by itself and to do that, you must take out the denominator... like this |dw:1353461967693:dw| do u see that?? by multiplying both sides by 6, you eliminate the deonimator and transfer it to the other side.. do u get it so far?
