What will happen to a balloon as it goes upward assuming the temperature is constant??

I think the question is getting at the size of the balloon as the pressure outside the balloon drops. Eventually weather balloons burst at very high altitudes, so there's a clue.

The higher you go the lower the pressure, right. The volume inside expands
