NEED HELP

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Find the solutions to the function, f(x), below, when f(x)=0.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

See where it cross the x axis and then make the equation by multiplying out x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2&3?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

therefore you have the equation y=(x+1)(x-2)(x-3) and then you multiply it out to get: y=x^3-4x^2+x-6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

all true, but questions only asks for solutions to \(f(x)=0\) and those are what you said \(-1,2,3\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh :/ sorry, ignore me then lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol, thank you both SO my answer would be f(x)=0 Answer: -1,2,3?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yep :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you (:
