I have two polygons. The measurement of one is 13 ft. by 8 ft. The other one is 5.2 ft. by 2.4 ft. are the two polygons similar? Why or why not? Please help me, I'm confused.

No, because the ratio of their sides is not equal, when getting the ratio of the length of one to length of the other and seeing if equal to width of one to the width of the other.
