Help please! A friend of yours has a part-time job taking care of plants in a greenhouse. She has noticed that the plants in some areas of the greenhouse grow taller and have more leaves (are fuller) than those in other areas. She wonders if the amount of light received by the plants is responsible for the difference in the plants. She has asked you to help set up an experiment to explain her observations. 1. Pose a meaningful and answerable scientific question related to the observations noted by the greenhouse worker.
I dont know. Im sorry. :(
kay :(
this can be your question; Does the amount of sunlight effect the growth of plants? Or... Why are some plants that recieve more light grow better then those that recieve less sunlight?
i dont know.. sorry :)
oh, atleast you tried...
what do you need help with?
just wanted to figure out the scientific question so i can go from there. doing photosynthesis lab
well i just gave you two examples of scientific questions.. im not sure how you wanna write it, sorry :)
its kay.
mm i guess higher amount of light is responsible for large amount of photo energy which provides processing of food for the plant so higher the intensity higher will be the growth else its gona be deprived of food n wont grow long , like malnutrition
is gotz to be a question that is testable?
btw: could you put that in a question? @ jason
just put it in between somewhere i donno to arrange it i just knew answer
ohhh kay. thanks anyway.
