I got A is that right? 4. Find the circumcenter of the triangle. (1 point) (–5/2, –4) (–5/2, –2) (–2, –5/2) (–4, –2)

@him1618 @hartnn @Agent_Sniffles

hartnn (hartnn):

nopes, how did u find y-co-ordinate ? x-co-ordinate is correct.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

8. DF bisects <EDG . Find FG. The diagram is not to scale. My anwser If DF is bisecting the angle EDG, then the two triangles must be equal. Therefore, n+9=4n-6. The answer is 14

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got that anwser because i thought it might be the best anwser lol

hartnn (hartnn):

i think,your 8. th is correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay thanxs so number 4 isnt correct

hartnn (hartnn):

for 4th. the cicumcentre of right triangle is the MID-POINT of its hypotenuse. can u find mid-point ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is the midpoint -4

hartnn (hartnn):

no.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nvm it -2 has to be

hartnn (hartnn):

u need to find midpoint of segment with end-points (-4,0) and (-1,-4) to get the co-ordinates of mid-point u just take the average of co-ordinates of end-points

OpenStudy (anonymous):

makes more sense when you put it

hartnn (hartnn):

average of y co-ordinate = 0+(-4) / 2 = -4/2 = -2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so the correct anwser is C

hartnn (hartnn):

no, -2 was y co-ordinate

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohh okay sorry i thoughtt it was x corridnate

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ITS D becasuse the x coordinate is -4

hartnn (hartnn):

average of x co-ordinate =(-4-1)/2 = -5/2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im so dumb Thank you:) for your help and i see hoe you got the equation now:)

hartnn (hartnn):

welcome ^_^

OpenStudy (rashadeb1):
