I'm writing an essay, using the APA 6th edition referencing style in Word. Unfortunately, Word is not always following the APA rules. For examples, I can't find a way to use an abbreviated version of a corporate author's name when I use a reference for the second time. Also, Word doesn't change "3-5 authors" to "one author, et al" in a subsequent quote. Anyone knows how to fix this?
