This is my first song. I have been working on it for a while so...here it is :)

I haven’t been the same since that fateful night
My family is worried I won’t be alright
It used to be color and joy in my life
All I see now are dull whites and a sharp, tempting knife.

We could hide or fade-out.
But hold on a little longer
It’ll be worth it in the end

Saw a leaf on the ground today, all shriveled and old
Remembered there is more to life than I can see
When I’m trapped inside my own world, all cocky and bold
It’s hard to tell there’s more to the balance than just me
Now my bubble of ‘me’ has been pierced by a needle
And the world I used to know now seems so evil.
