plz correct me if iam wrong but the universe might not be rotating because their nothing with respect to which it might rotate.......

I am not sure but the universe may rotate around its center which we don't know where it is because of the expansion of  the universe!!!!

Yea it could rotate about its centre.. ! :-/.. the centre which we really dunno where is.. but we would feel the centripetal force.. but then again.. we might be used to it :D
