Current is all about positive charge. We consider electron as negative charge and proton as positive charge. Since the proton is stationary, How positive charge is getting transferred from one point to other. which we actually consider as current
the conventional direction of current is assumed as opposite to the actual direction of charge flow
Conventional Current assumes that current flows out of the positive terminal, through the circuit and into the negative terminal of the source. This was the convention chosen during the discovery of electricity. They were wrong! Electron Flow is what actually happens and electrons flow out of the negative terminal, through the circuit and into the positive terminal of the source. Both Conventional Current and Electron Flow are used by industry. Many textbooks are available in both Electron Flow and Conventional Current formats. In fact, it makes no difference which way current is flowing as long as it is used consistently. The direction of current flow does not affect what the current does.
see in a way we cannot entirely neglect the convention of course the positive charge does not actually flow but if the frame is changed and i see with respect to an electron than the positive charge appears to move..........
Why the movement of electrons causing an effect called current.
Generally in astrophysics distance is measured in light years. For example if the distance between earth and a ex-star is 100 light years, it mean that we must travel with the speed of light for 100 years. According to this consideration We see stars during night in the sky, that means the light of the stars is travelling to earth. Does this light traveled for ex-100 years to reach earth.
electric current is is the flow of electron
yes, @M_Vamshi_Kumar_Reddy Lights from some distant galaxies have even travelled millions of years to reach earth!
