OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

what is 1+2? what is 2+3? what is 3+4?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3,5,,7

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

you get it?

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

do you understand consecutive ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

um not really

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what am i looking for?

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

consecutive means one after another like 3,4 6,7 89,90 -4,-3 so you want two numbers that are next to each other (integers) and you need them to add together and to be between 5 and 9

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

if the question said between 12 and 14 then 6,7 would be your numbers

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5 and 3? wouldnt that work too it adds up to 8

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

is five and three next to each other?

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

i.e if you add or subtract 1 from either number do you get the other number?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3 and4 ?

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yay thank:)
